“I had to quickly find a vet who would see my sick bearded dragon and found this office through a web search. I was so pleased with every interaction with the staff from the receptionists to the vet tech to Dr. Brotze. Everybody was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Brotze listened to me, thoroughly assessed my little Bowser and involved me in creating a plan of care. It’s only been 5 hrs since we started treatment and he already seems to be doing better. I’m very grateful for the excellent care!”

“Bath Special on Valentine’s Day. Could not be more pleased. Took my two rescued German Shepherds for bath, blow out, brush out, and nails, etc. Nervous how one of them would react coming from an abusive past. The Girls loved it and was told they were really good girls. That amazes me as one of them is terrified of men. I will definitely go back. They came home looking and smelling amazing. Thank you Creekview Vet Techs and groomers. Great great job. So pleased.”

“Yesterday I had to have my cat euthanized. She was 18 yrs old and had gotten sick and very weak and thin. She had stopped eating and was barely walking around. I called around to several different vet clinics in town to get pricing ideas and hours. This one was the only one that wasn’t going to charge me a separate price to be present for the procedure, and acted surprised that other clinics were doing so (which was how I felt…). This clinic gave me the lowest price for the procedure as well as the cremation, having the remains returned to me. This was the only clinic offering flexible hours to help me do the procedure without having to miss work. They scheduled me for 7:30 pm the day I called to inquire. They further accommodated me when I went home for lunch to check on my cat and realized she wouldn’t make it ’til then. I called the clinic and asked them if I could please bring her in during my lunch break so that she didn’t die alone, in my closet, while I was at work. I wanted to be with her. The Vet was away at lunch but returned early just to help me. When I brought her in they held her while I filled out the paperwork, waited with my cat while I went to withdraw cash because my card wouldn’t go through for whatever reason. They were all being very caring and helpful. When I went back for the procedure the Vet was called away to an emergency (which I understood). They were apologetic and quickly brought in someone else to take over. They took their time and didn’t rush me at all. They thoroughly explained what would happen, allowed me to mourn, and most importantly made me feel like they actually cared, not like they were pretending to care. Every single step of the way was great. I assured them they’d receive my recommendations. Here’s the first one.”

“Since I moved to this area 10 years ago, Creek View is the only place I’ve taken my pets. They have always received excellent care and Dr. Doherty always gives me plenty of time to ask questions and listens so carefully to me concerns. When my “Asia’ had to take that ‘rainbow bridge passage’, they couldn’t have been kinder to her and to me. I highly recommend this clinic. And to the person who stated on a google review that their prices are too high, I ask them to recall the old saying that you get what you pay for… However, that said, the care and warmth from the entire staff is priceless.”

“Thank you to Dr Doherty and staff for taking care of Scooter yesterday. My daughter brought him in because he was not eating or drinking. They gave him a shot yesterday afternoon, he still would not eat or drink by late afternoon. Dr Doherty was really concerned about his health and kept him overnight. I’m not sure of what all happened after closing. But this morning he was eating and drinking and holding it all down. Thank you so much. I’ve lost one pup already this year. It’s way to soon to loose another.”
