After normal business hours a message will prompt you to leave your name and contact phone number. Our on-call veterinarian will contact you as soon as possible. It is important that you remain off your phone line until our veterinarian is able to contact you.

Tuesday	7:15am – 8:00pm
Wednesday	7:15am – 8:00pm
Thursday	7:15am – 8:00pm
Friday	7:15am – 8:00pm
Saturday	8:15am – 1:00pm
Sunday	Closed

Dr. Doherty and Dr. Rierson alternate taking calls 365 days a year. Our on-call hours are from clinic closing time until 10 p.m., Monday thru Saturday and from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays. Just call the clinic number, 830-625-7551, and the operator will page the on-call Doctor. After 10 p.m. and before 7:30 a.m., the answering service will refer you to The Emergency Pet Clinic of New Braunfels.
