“Caring and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Brotze and the other vets really care, especially during the loss of a pet. My husband and I were on vacation when my cat, Bagheera, went into severe, irreversible kidney failure. He took great care of him and worked with my mom during a time when we were unable to be home. Dr. B was very honest about the situation and could tell my husband and I needed a little more time to process everything. In the end, the most loving, and difficult, choice was to let Bagheera go. Even though we couldn’t be there, Dr. B worked closely with my mom to take great care of Bagheera until the very end. It’s things like this that set vets apart.”
